Domain Name Registration

We are Nominet members and can register in all of the major top level domains on behalf of our customers, usually within a few minutes of receiving a request. When we register a domain for you we will provide a DNS service and redirection service.

.uk registrations are subject to Nominet's terms and conditions. By registering a .uk domain name, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK on their terms and conditions. Domain Name Renewals

We monitor the expiry dates of registrations and automatically process the renewals to ensure that continued ownership of a domain is maintained.

Domain Name Transfers and Recovery

Dragonnet can also assist in the transfer of domains from other companies and registries and have significant experience in recovering domains that have become 'lost'

Domain Name Locking

A significant problem exists within most registries (with the exception of the .uk TLD) in that a change of the registrant our other details is easy to achieve with little security. This exposes all companies to the very real risk that there domain name can be stolen with little likelihood of recovery unless a significant amount of time and money is expended through the courts (often not in the UK) Dragonnet can offer a service where a domain name is 'locked' preventing unauthorized or accidental transfer

Who Is Privacy

Protect your personal information with WHOIS Privacy. Every time you register a domain name, your name, address and phone number are entered into a public database that can be viewed and used by anyone.  This exposes your personal information to spammers, telemarketers and other undesired third parties. There is a way to protect your personal information. Dragonnet WHOIS Privacy service allows you to retain your domain name without having to expose your personal information to the public.

Your domain registration information, including the Administrative, Billing and Technical contacts are masked with generic information within public WHOIS databases. You still retain full ownership and control of your domain name. Requests to view your domain’s contact information are filtered and forwarded to you. You decide whether to respond.
