A little about us
DragonNet are an Internet Service Provider that specialize
in the provision of advanced Internet connectivity and support
to small and medium sized business. We are focused on a
high degree of support and customisation to ensure that
the solutions we provide are tailored to our users precise
requirements.
Administratively, we are based in Swansea, South Wales
however the technical heart of the operation is in Slough
where our servers and Internet connections are located in
a 'state of the art' facility. This centre provides our
24/7 high availability support and is built to ensure the
highest quality of Internet provision.
Some history
DragonNet have been providing SME's with Internet services
since 1998 and were formed specifically to provide a high
level of personal support as a result of the lack of assistance
that was available from the larger ISP's that dominated
the market (and still to an do). The founders of
the company quickly identified that businesses needed a
flexible approach to their Internet requirements, not a
standard 'one size fits all' solution
